The designers of the 530 monohull have taken versatility to the next level with a customized version to meet the needs of every sailor: an Easy Version, Ocean Version and Performance Version. The Easy Version is for owners looking to simplify, offering a coachroof clear of obstructions and easy maneuvering. The Ocean Version features a traditional handling style with halyard maneuvering and mainsail traveler on the roof, and lines leading aft to the helm. Finally, the Performance Version is perfect for regatta sailors and includes a mainsheet point in the bottom of the cockpit, six winches, hydraulic power station and upgraded mast and boom.

The cockpit and aft platform areas on the Dufour 530 are spacious and feature-packed. The fold-down swim platform is easily accessed by a built-in stairway under the helm seat. An aft galley keeps the chef involved in the outdoor action with the large sink, grill and counter perfect for serving the crew. Access the wide side decks on either side via built-in steps that make movement fore and aft a breeze. An innovative bimini top provides a large area of protection and shade, with headroom for standing and gaps in the top for clearance when accessing the side decks.

Below, the ample headspace, wide beam and high-end finishes give an instant air of quality and sophistication. The galley is thoughtfully designed with a large modern upright refrigerator, and plenty of workspace and stowage. The forward owner’s cabin is inviting and bright, thanks to hull windows, an extra large overhead skylight window and 2 hatches.
