Wauquiez Monohulls
Efficiency at Sea

No compromise
About Wauquiez monohulls
It would be the destiny of Henri Wauquiez to build extraordinary boats, beginning with his first undertaking in 1965 – the Elizabethan 29. The Elizabethan has since given way to the current Pilot Saloon range, but Wauquiez shipyard is still motivated by a passion for excellence in seaworthiness and performance, styling and construction.
Over the course of its 55-year history, the venerable brand has come to be recognized for comfort, speed, reliability, and beautiful styling. All Wauquiez yachts are built in house at their yard in Neuville-en-Ferrain, France with a focus on efficient hull design, ergonomic deck layout, top-of-the-line equipment and comfortable living spaces. From structure and rigs, to deck fittings and finishes – Wauquiez yachts combine true craftsmanship with the latest technologies.
The Wauquiez range of Pilot Saloon blue ocean cruisers began with the Pilot Saloon 48, followed by the flagship Wauquiez Pilot Saloon 58 and Pilot Saloon 42, each offering exceptional performance without compromising safety or comfort. Through calm or stormy seas, Wauquiez monohulls keep you comfortable and safe through expert use of craftsmanship and technology.
The Wauquiez Centurion 57 racing yacht features a range of comforts packaged within a robust, yet easily handled frame, making it a favorite in its class.
Finally, the smaller Wauquiez Optio 30-ft daysailer makes no compromise on responsiveness, elegance, and craftsmanship, and is designed for high performance.

Why Choose a Wauquiez Monohull?
Exceptional Details & Livability
Wauquiez living spaces are designed for long stays, with ultra-comfortable interiors bathed in natural light and enhanced with halogen lighting, for a comforting ambiance. Abundant living spaces are fitted with expert cabinetwork and choice equipment that exudes an essence of quality and craftsmanship. On deck, each teak slat is hand-fitted, in the true luxury tradition.
Notable Yacht Design
The Wauquiez engineering and design team work alongside notable naval architects to design new models that incorporate the latest boat-building technology. Hulls are developed to optimize speed both under sail and power. Deck fittings, equipment, and rigging are sourced from the highest quality suppliers and brands. The result is contemporary-styled yachts that turn heads in every port.
Superior Hull Construction
Wauquiez yacht hulls are molded using bisphenolic resins for the external layers, ensuring lasting protection. Inner hulls are constructed with an infusion process for an optimum resin/fiber ratio resulting in weight reduction, excellent rigidity, and improved sound and thermal insulation. The hull structure is also reinforced manually – all lateral bulkheads are fiber-glassed and bonded to the hull and deck thus further reinforcing the overall structure of the yacht.
