There is no income for the owner in this program.

As an owner, you have no out-of-pocket expenses for the duration of the 66-month agreement (All maintenance, insurance, dockage, etc., is paid by Dream Yacht Charter and Sales).
Professional maintenance and phase-out
Your yacht’s maintenance will meet the most rigorous industry standards at no cost to you. Our team of professionals, in accordance with precise guidelines, will perform all work.
Financing
No financing is required.
Duration
The program covers 66 months.
Brokerage support
At the end of the program, you may choose to make the balloon payment and keep the yacht or sell it. We have brokerage offices around the world that will assist in marketing your yacht for resale to assure a seamless transition.
Yacht brands and customization
Bali is the only manufacturer for this program. Minimal customization is permitted, as these boats are ordered factory-direct in volume and must have an optimum cabin configuration.
