Customized versions for every sailor

The designers of the Dufour 530 monohull have taken versatility to the next level with a customized version to meet the needs of every sailor: an Easy version, Ocean version and Performance version. 
The Easy version is for owners looking to simplify, offering a coachroof clear of obstructions and easy maneuvering. The Ocean version features a traditional handling style with halyard maneuvering and mainsail traveler on the roof, and lines leading aft to the helm. With the Dufour 530 Performance version regatta sailors enjoy features including a mainsheet point in the bottom of the cockpit, six winches, hydraulic power station and upgraded mast and boom to accommodate an increased sail area.

Outdoor innovations

The outdoor areas on the Dufour 530 are spacious and feature-packed. The aft fold out swim platform – accessed from an integrated stairway in the port helm seat – is perfect for sunning and watersports. It also serves as additional working space when using the outdoor galley, which is nicely outfitted with a large sink, plancha grill and countertop space.

The wide side decks on either side are accessed via  integrated steps that make movement fore and aft a breeze. An innovative cockpit bimini top provides a large area of shade and protection, with plenty of headroom for standing and gaps in the top for clearance when accessing the side decks. 

On the forward deck, sprawling sun bed loungers invite sunbathing, relaxing and informal gatherings under the stars.

Dufour 530  interior

Below, the surprisingly spacious salon makes efficient use of the wide beam, and is well-lit due to the hatches, skylights and side windows. 

Ample headroom throughout and high-end finishes give an instant air of quality and sophistication. The galley is thoughtfully designed with a large modern upright refrigerator, and plenty of workspace and stowage. 

The forward owner’s cabin is inviting and bright, thanks to large hull windows, an extra large overhead skylight window and 2 hatches.

The Dufour 530 has four layout options, all with the popular and efficient forward galley feature. Choose from the 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-cabin version to suit your cruising lifestyle.
