How do I determine which ownership program is best for me?

We have yacht management programs available to suit various budgets, goals and lifestyles. The Guarantee Program is one of the most popular for maximizing your sailing weeks while enjoying a steady income to help offset the cost of your yacht. Other programs to consider, such as our Dream Partnership program, offer benefits like a reduced buy-in on the cost of the yacht, or The Worldwide Performance Program, offering more flexibility of the yacht’s layout and owner sailing time. Can I see the boat before I decide to buy it?

Depending on the particular yacht of interest, there are a few different ways to see it before you purchase.  A great way to get familiar with the yacht model you’re interested in is through a Dream Yacht charter in one of our stunning destinations. This allows you to get first hand experience with the boat and a feel for the liveaboard lifestyle. Speak to a Dream Yacht sales consultant for information on the specific yachts you’re interested in. 

For programs with zero operating expenses – what expenses are covered?

Programs offering zero operating expenses cover everything, including all maintenance, dockage, and insurance. Any parts, rigging, or haul out expenses incurred during the program are fully covered by Dream Yacht. Your phase out at the end of the program will also include maintenance to bring the yacht to the agreed condition before final hand over to you. 

How will my boat be maintained?

At Dream Yacht, our yacht management programs relieve the owner of maintenance responsibilities for the duration of their program – with most programs fully covering the related expenses. Our base teams have seasoned Fleet experts and technicians that keep maintenance schedules and detailed logs, with the base manager acting as the supervisor. What if I want to sell my boat at the end of the program?

Dream Yacht offers expert brokerage services for a fee. Just notify your yacht sales consultant approximately 6 to 12 months before your program ends, so you can continue receiving charter income (depending on your program) until the boat sells.
