Meet the Isla 40, proud successor of the popular Lucia 40. The newest and smallest of the Fountaine Pajot range, the Isla 40 is the perfect gateway into this elegant brand of sailing catamarans. 

An Olivier Racoupeau Yacht Design and Fountaine Pajot collaboration, she takes inspiration from the innovations of the Elba 45, and sets a new standard for boats of her size. Naturally, the Isla 40 boasts some of Fountaine Pajot’s most recognizable design elements, including decidedly elegant lines and inverted bows.

Space aboard the Isla 40 defies her modest size, supported by a generous 21.8-foot beam. The roomy aft cockpit is perfect for gatherings, where a dinette with wraparound seating, plus two additional bench seats easily accommodate your crew for open air dining or conversation. Wide transom steps provide easy entry to the water for swimming, boarding, or using the convenient dinghy davits. 

The Captain will appreciate the well located helm, for easy communication with the cockpit and ready access to the coachroof and boom. Forward, sprawling sun bed loungers invite sunbathing, relaxing and informal gatherings under the stars.

The Isla 40 interior sets the stage for ease and comfort with a thoughtfully designed saloon, accessed by sliders from the spacious aft cockpit. 360 degree panoramic windows and overhead skylights flood the space with natural light, while a luxurious wraparound lounger with chaise provides total relaxation. The efficient L-shaped galley with double sinks and clean-lined modern cabinetry is well-situated for serving the aft cockpit dining area. 

Below, owners will enjoy the voluminous master cabin that occupies the port hull – complete with desk area, and separate shower stall and water closet for privacy. 

The Isla 40 is available as a 3- or 4-cabin layout, with optional crew cabin.
