Dream Yacht and Navigare Yachting Strengthen Their Leadership Team
Romain Motteau, Nicolas Berenger and Romain Lucat join the Group, bringing complementary expertise to support the development of its Sales & Charter activities.
At this year´s Cannes Yachting Festival, Dream Yacht and Navigare Yachting announce the strengthening of their leadership team with the appointment of three experienced professionals from the yachting industry: Romain Motteau, Chief Development Officer, Nicolas Berenger, Chief Sales Officer, and Romain Lucat, Chief Technical Officer.
Their respective careers with leading players in the yachting industry, including Fountaine Pajot, Dufour, Beneteau and Construction Navale Bordeaux, bring together complementary expertise spanning business development, product, sales and distribution networks.
These appointments strengthen the Group’s capabilities to support the development of its Sales & Charter activities and further consolidate its relationships with shipyards, industry partners and owners.
Three Complementary Areas of Expertise to Support the Group
Romain Motteau joins Dream Yacht and Navigare Yachting as Chief Development Officer.
Following more than 20 years with Fountaine Pajot, including 12 years as Deputy Managing Director, with responsibilities also extending to Dufour, Romain Motteau brings an in-depth understanding of shipyards, their markets and distribution networks.
He will contribute to the Group’s development and to strengthening its relationships with key players across the yachting industry.
Nicolas Berenger joins the Group as Chief Sales Officer.
Sales and Product Director at Dufour from 2020 to 2024, Nicolas Berenger brings extensive experience in sales strategy, product and distribution networks within the yachting industry.
He will lead the Group’s Sales & Ownership activities, supporting their commercial development and further enhancing the experience delivered to owners and clients.
Romain Lucat joins the team as Chief Technical Officer.
Head of Development at Dufour since 2020, following nearly twenty years of combined experience at Construction Navale Bordeaux and Beneteau, Romain Lucat brings extensive expertise in product and yacht development.
His role will be to strengthen the Group’s technical expertise and the management of yachts throughout their lifecycle.
