New for 2024 Dream Yacht Sales is bringing exciting paths to yacht ownership, with several new programs and updates. It’s our goal to make yacht ownership more accessible through innovative solutions that fit a variety of budgets, lifestyles and financial goals.
Here’s what’s new this year:
Dream Guarantee
NEW! 10% guaranteed income for 3.5 years
& and 1% additional income for Lagoon catamarans!
The cornerstone of our charter management offerings, Dream Guarantee is one of our most popular and enduring programs, allowing worry-free yacht ownership with an income to offset the purchase cost. Now, the program has been updated to provide an impressive 10% guaranteed income for up to 3.5 years — and an extra 1% income on select Lagoon catamaran models! Plus, all insurance, berthing and maintenance costs are included in the program. The new increased income allows owners to offset the current higher interest rates, and flexibility at the end of the 36 to 42 month program.
For the duration of the program, owners can enjoy up to 12 weeks of sailing from any of Dream Yacht’s 40 destinations around the world – an attractive opportunity for those that enjoy charter vacations and the chance to sail in some of the world’s most sought-after cruising grounds.
It’s a great solution for those that want to start sailing the world now while still working, and have a yacht awaiting them when they retire.
PLUS, an additional 1% on Dream Guarantee for Lagoon
As a sister company of Lagoon under Group Beneteau – and in celebration of their successful 40 years as a top luxury catamaran brand – Dream Yacht is now able to extend an exclusive offer of an additional 1% annual income for 3.5 years, for select Lagoon catamaran models.
Now you can own a popular Lagoon 40, L42, L46 or L51 catamaran model with deliveries in 2024 and place your yacht in the Dream Guarantee ownership program with the additional 1% income for the duration of their program. Enjoy the additional income while still benefiting from all of the standard program features, with all costs included, and up to 12 weeks of sailing from any Dream Yacht destination.
Dream Fractional
Low cost shared ownership with revenue & sailing privileges
An innovative concept in shared ownership, the Dream Fractional program takes many of the most attractive aspects of full yacht ownership programs and makes it much more affordable through shared ownership.
Dream Fractional eliminates many of the barriers for would-be yacht owners with a much lower buy in cost, with the benefits of sailing weeks – an attractive option for those already chartering yachts for sailing vacations regularly. As the part owner of a charter yacht, owners receive payments from the yacht’s charter revenue that helps offset operating expenses. Plus, they enjoy ease of ownership with maintenance, finances and charter marketing all managed by Dream Yacht.
NEW! Brokerage Yacht Ownership program
Second Wind program earns owners up to 10% on pre-owned yachts
Imagine buying a pre-owned yacht with the security of a guaranteed charter income, and all costs of berthing, maintenance, and insurance included.
Our new Dream Second Wind program gives owners a charter income up to 10% per year. Similar to our popular Dream Guarantee program, Second Wind lets buyers offset the purchase cost of a pre-owned boat while benefiting from an all-inclusive management service. The 24-month program is customizable with a higher amount of owner use time or income, whichever helps new buyers to make the most of their investment.

NEW! Dream Crewed Fractional
Shared luxury catamaran ownership – complete with professional crew
For those considering a large luxury catamaran purchase, our Dream Crewed Fractional program with professional crew can make the experience infinitely more enjoyable.
Owners share a luxury sailing catamaran with 2 other owners, and split the expenses. Our staff handles all the details. The ⅓ ownership comes with guaranteed fixed running costs for 2 full years, plenty of sailing time, and none of the hassles of traditional ownership. It’s perfect for meaningful moments with friends, hosting family reunions, celebrating special occasions, entertaining clients, or simply doing business from a luxury floating office.
Yachts available for the program include the Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 and FP 80 catamarans, both offering the ultimate sailing platform for discovering the world. During the duration of the program, each yacht will allow a “world tour” journey, migrating to spectacular sought after destinations throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, South Pacific, Americas and Asia.
