Maintenance and expenses

Programs offering zero operating expenses cover everything, including all maintenance, dockage, and insurance. Any parts, rigging, or haul out expenses incurred during the program are fully covered by Dream Yacht. Your phase out at the end of the program will also include maintenance to bring the yacht to the agreed condition before final hand over to you. 

At Dream Yacht, our yacht management programs relieve the owner of maintenance responsibilities for the duration of their program – with most programs fully covering the related expenses. Our base teams have seasoned Fleet experts and technicians that keep maintenance schedules and detailed logs, with the base manager acting as the supervisor.
